After loyally serving a software company and negotiating hundreds of contracts, generating and leading the accumulation of millions of dollars in recurring revenue, Maurice woke up on his 38th birthday with an intuitive impulse he couldn’t ignore. On a stupidly cold day, on January 31st, 2018, while having breakfast in a diner in the middle of Canada, he decided he wouldn't leave until he called the man he had been working with for 12 years and said the words…
