Audience
Anyone that is responsible for guiding and directing another person would benefit from this program whether in a formal reporting relationship or peer to peer relationship.
(Optional) Chosen Mentees may join sessions 3-6 for an interactive experience.

As a Mentor: An individual who is committed to modeling true leadership and has the desire to help others.
(Optional) As a Mentee: An individual who is committed to growing and understands the value of assistance and accountability.
