At the end of this intensive, 4-day program, you’ll be licensed to offer the powerful Extreme Leadership Workshop to your clients, your company, your team, your colleagues, or your community; just as important, you’ll become part of The Extreme Leadership Institute community and our exclusive facilitator “tribe.”
What we’ll do together:
The Certification process starts with your orientation and overview of the Extreme Leadership Workshop, followed by 3 days of deep background knowledge, a step-by-step walkthrough, practice of the Workshop, coaching and feedback from Steve Farber and his team, group discussion, business and marketing strategy, and loads of laughter and celebration—all combined with personal coaching and feedback from Steve Farber and his Master Facilitator, Steve Dealph. The program's final day wraps up with graduation festivities complete with live music and great food.
The Schedule
DAY 1
THE EXTREME LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Steve, his Master Facilitator, Steve Dealph and members of the Avocado Green Brands team—including COO, Matt Anderson—will lead you and your fellow participants through the The Extreme Leadership Workshop, which will serve as the foundation for the entire 4-day process--and beyond.
DAY 2
STEP-BY-STEP WALK THROUGH
Steve and his team will lead you step-by-step through the workshop facilitator guide and give you the depth and clarity you need to facilitate the workshop and develop Extreme Leadership in yourself and others. Up close and personal, this is a highly interactive, dialogue-rich day full of wisdom, sharing, learning, and laughter.
DAY 3
PRACTICE & COACHING
This is your opportunity to stand and deliver! You'll prepare and facilitate a portion of the Extreme Leadership Workshop and get personal coaching from Steve, his Master Facilitator, Steve Dealph, and your colleagues. But, don't fret! This is the most supportive, encouraging, and loving group of folks you'll ever meet. Be prepared for personal and professional breakthroughs on this very exciting day.
DAY 4
NEXT STEPS, WRAP UP & FINAL CELEBRATION
You will join Steve Farber and the Avocado Green Brands team for a graduation wrap-up full of feasting, fun, music & celebration.
