Jenna has over 25 years business experience that includes running her own consulting practice for 14 years. She’s held titles such as Chief Human Resources Officer, People & Culture Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and Chief of Staff. She’s also served on advisory boards and committees as an advocate for corporate culture.

As a sought-after consultant, Jenna has worked with companies of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. She specializes in organizational design and has mentored HR staff in Fortune 500 companies to help strategize important HR initiatives.

Jenna is passionate about creating compelling company cultures and employee experience roadmaps. Her Internal Employer Branding method helps companies define organic, congruent, and effective culture strategies to drive results. She has helped 28 companies earn prestigious “Best Workplace” awards.

A charismatic speaker, executive coach, and engaging trainer, Jenna has worked with C-Level professionals and powerful business trailblazers. She has also given back to her community by voluntarily mentoring over 800 young women over a 24-year period.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys traveling and experiencing new restaurants, places, and people. She’s a working mother who understands the joy and the juggle of busy professionals. Hence, she occasionally likes to slip away to wine country or sip a lovely Pinot Noir and listen to great music while she cooks.
